The newly unveiled Grand Reef Airport in Mutare, Manicaland Province, marks a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts by stakeholders across Zimbabwe to put the Eastern Highlands on the global map.
Importantly, it also makes a round trip from Victoria Falls to Bulawayo, Harare, and Mutare both feasible and convenient for travellers.
The airport will offer easier access to key attractions in the region, including the Hot Springs, Mount Nyangani, Mutarazi Falls, Nyangombe Falls, as well as expansive timber and tea plantations, among others.
